Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. This long processing time is due to the made-to-order customized nature of our products. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Orders the consist only of ready-to-ship items are processed within 3-5 business days.

Processing times may be longer during holidays and busy seasons.
